What kinds of baked goods do you sell?

We specialize in dessert & custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, chocolate strawberries, and donuts.

How far in advance should I place my order?

Cupcakes, Dessert Cakes, and small treats must be placed at least 1-2 weeks in advance. Custom orders typically take more time to deisgn and must be placed at least 3-4 weeks in advance.

Are any of your products kosher or sugar-free?

No, we currently do not provide kosher and/or sugar-free products.

Why do I have to wait so long to get my order?

​​Since each product is made to order, we do not have on hand inventory. Orders that are very detailed take more time to complete.

I would like a custom cake and cupcakes, How do I order?

Dessert cakes, cupcakes and doughnuts are available to purchase on the "order online" tab. To begin a custom order, please fill out our custom order form for a price quote. Further communication will take place via email.

I sent an email this morning, when will i get a response?

Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

What kind of ingredients do you use?

We use organic and natural ingredients wherever possible, such as: organic eggs, natural butter, Almond Milk, natural cane sugar, unbleached flour, and natural cocoa powder.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we Deliver to Nassau County, parts of Suffolk County, Queens, and Brooklyn.

What is your allergy information?

We do not produce allergen-free products. Products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, gluten, food coloring, or other potential allergens.

Where are you located?

We are located in West Hempstead, NY. At this time we are not a walk-in bakery. Orders are for shipping, pick up or delivery only.

What are your payment methods?

All invoices and invoice payments are sent via Paypal only. Online payments are made securely through Stripe. Cash, Zelle, and Cash App are not accepted.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes, we offer shipping for cookies and brownies.

What is your Return Policy?

Refunds, exchanges, or price adjustments are not given under any circumstances. Refunds will not be given for orders that have been cut and/or eaten. Cancellations: No refunds will be given under any circumstances. You may choose to keep your original event date/time or choose a new date based on our availability. All cancellations and/or changes must be done in writing.

What is your Shipping Policy?

Standard shipping is 4-7 business days via USPS. Orders are shipped out on Monday-Wednesday. Tracking information is emailed to the email address you provided on your invoice on the day that your order ships out. Sweets by Tash Mo is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to damaged boxes and/or late delivery once it leaves our possession. Refunds, exchanges, or price adjustments are not given under any circumstances. No refunds will be issued if the package is undeliverable, abandoned, or refused.
