What kinds of baked goods do you sell?


We specialize in dessert & custom cakes, cupcakes, and donuts.




How far in advance should I place my order?


Cupcakes, Dessert Cakes, and small treats must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. Custom orders typically take more time to deisgn and must be placed at least 3-4 weeks in advance.




Are you kosher?


No.




Are any of your products sugar-free?


No.




Why do I have to wait so long to get my order?


​​Since each product is made to order, we do not have on hand inventory. Orders that are very detailed take more time to complete.




I would like a custom cake and cupcakes, How do I order?


Dessert cakes, cupcakes and doughnuts are available to purchase on the "order online" tab. To begin a custom order, please fill out our custom order form for a price quote. Further communication will take place via email.




I sent an email this morning, when will i get a response?


Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.




What kind of ingredients do you use?


We use organic and natural ingredients wherever possible, such as: organic eggs, organic butter, organic Milk/Almond Milk/Coconut milk, organic strawberries and bananas, organic cane sugar, unbleached flour, and natural cocoa powder.




Do you deliver?


Yes. Delivery is available for Saturday & Sunday orders. We Deliver to Nassau County, parts of Suffolk County, Queens, and Brooklyn.




What is your allergy information?


We do not produce allergen-free products. Products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, gluten, food coloring, or other potential allergens.




Where are you located?


We are located in West Hempstead, NY. At this time we are not a walk-in bakery. All orders are for pick up or delivery only.




What are your payment methods?


All invoices and invoice payments are sent via Paypal only. Online payments are made securely through Stripe. Cash, Zelle, and/or payments via Cash App are not accepted.




Do you offer shipping?


We currently do not offer shipping for our products. Orders are for pick up or delivery only.




What is your Return Policy?


Refunds, exchanges, or price adjustments are not given under any circumstances. Refunds will not be given for orders that have been cut and/or eaten. Cancellations: No refunds will be given under any circumstances. You may choose to keep your original event date/time or choose a new date based on our availability. All cancellations and/or changes must be done in writing.
